The more sophisticated, <em>b<\/em><em>oavalhu libaas<\/em> seen here is embellished with a neckline trimmed with white and gold laces known as <em>kasabu.<\/em> These are hand-woven ribbons made of gold, silver and coloured threads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both the ordinary <em>libaas<\/em> and the <em>boavalhu libaas<\/em> are worn with a wraparound underskirt.
