Dear Maldives Pavilion Manager,
We are planning a conference and we would like to ask if your pavilion is able to provide a meeting space for breakouts during our conference.
Meeting space should be able to accommodate up to 25 pax in cabaret or theatre style seating.
We would require Day Delegate Rates and rental prices incl. seating, Audio Visual (LED or projection, small PA system), coffee break, lunch option.
Event dates: either 22nd & 23rd March 2022 or 29th & 30th March 2022
We would be pleased to hear from you and understand if we can work with you on planning this meeting at your EXPO 2020 pavilion.
